• Unfortunately, there are No Kids OR Extra People Allowed At Your Appointment. When booking appointments, please keep in mind that you have a 15 minute grace period so  please plan travel times accordingly. After 15 minutes, there will be a $20 Late Fee!! after 30 minutes your appointment will be cancelled​​

• All deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable. (you have up until 24 hours before your appointment time to make changes to your appointment.)

•  Please bring all lace CLEAN, there will be a $15 CHARGE TO CLEAN LACE; $25 CHARGE TO WASH WIGS ON THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT.

•  Please detangle your hair!!! There's a $50 charge to detangle; to avoid this charge, please comb through your hair. (wigs too!!)
